Terms
These terms apply to your use of the AlwaysDesk website and public AI phone demonstration. A purchase is also subject to the plan, billing, and service information presented at checkout and any separate customer agreement.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about AlwaysDesk, select a plan, begin onboarding, and contact us. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the public demo.
About the service
AlwaysDesk describes an AI front-office service that can be configured to answer calls, collect inquiry details, check connected availability, and book appointments. Features and setup depend on each customer’s configuration and connected services. Service begins after required configuration, testing, and launch steps are completed.
Plans, setup, and billing
Published self-service plans are billed monthly and include the stated number of connected AI call minutes. Additional usage is charged at the published per-minute rate for the selected plan. A mandatory one-time setup fee applies to Launch, Growth, and Scale. The checkout shows the recurring plan price and one-time setup price before payment. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment, applicable taxes, and subscription billing. Enterprise pricing and onboarding are scoped separately.
Subscription changes
Payment-method updates and available subscription-management actions are handled through Paddle or with assistance from AlwaysDesk. Any cancellation timing, service deactivation, credit, or refund decision depends on the applicable purchase and service terms. This page does not promise a refund, credit, proration, or specific cancellation effective date.
Public phone demo
The HVAC demonstration uses a fictional business, AlwaysDesk Heating & Air. It is provided to show a sample call and booking flow. No real HVAC service is provided, and any appointment made during the demonstration is not a real service appointment. Do not use the demo for emergencies or share sensitive personal information.
Third-party services
Business-demo booking is provided through Cal.com. Checkout and subscription billing are provided through Paddle. The live phone demo and deployed service depend on third-party communications, calendar, and AI services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Content and availability
The AlwaysDesk name, branding, and website content belong to their respective owners. You may not reuse them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation. We may change the website or demo, and they may occasionally be unavailable. Information on this site may change as the service develops.
