YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy

This page explains the information involved when you visit AlwaysDesk, contact us, schedule a business demo, purchase a plan, begin onboarding, or call the public AI demonstration.

Information you provide

When you email us or begin onboarding, we receive the business and contact details you choose to provide, such as your name, business, website, phone number, hours, services, and configuration preferences. Please do not submit medical, legal, financial, or other sensitive customer information through the public website. If you book a business demo through Cal.com, the booking service collects the details you enter and shares the appointment information needed for us to meet with you.

Payments and subscriptions

Paddle acts as the payment and billing service provider for self-service purchases. Paddle collects and processes payment details, transaction information, taxes, and subscription records under its own terms and privacy practices. AlwaysDesk receives billing identifiers and information needed to confirm the purchase, provision the selected plan, support the customer, and maintain subscription status. AlwaysDesk does not receive or store full payment card numbers through this website.

Phone demonstration

The public HVAC number connects you to a live AI demonstration. The call service may process your phone number, call timing, and what you say so the demonstration can respond and work through a sample booking. Telephony and AI service providers may process call information as part of delivering the experience. Please do not share sensitive personal, medical, legal, or financial information during a demo call. AlwaysDesk Heating & Air is fictional; it does not provide HVAC service.

How information is used

We use information you send to answer inquiries, arrange demos, prepare onboarding, configure service, confirm transactions, and operate the demonstration. Website hosting providers may also process routine technical information, such as IP address and request data, to deliver and protect the website.

Service providers and retention

We use third-party services for website hosting, scheduling, email, payments, billing, and the live phone demonstration. Those services may process information under their own terms and settings. How long information is kept depends on the service and the purpose for which it was collected; we do not publish a single retention period for every type of information.

Your questions

To ask about information associated with your inquiry, demo, onboarding, or purchase, or to request its correction or deletion where applicable, email [email protected]. We may need enough detail to locate the relevant information and verify the request.

Updates

We may update this page as the website and service develop. The version displayed here is the current public notice.
