AlwaysDesk

From First Call to a Clear Next Step

AlwaysDesk configures your AI Front Office around the calls your business receives. The lifecycle is simple: agree the rules, connect supported actions, test the workflow, and activate the approved coverage.

A customer calls

Your configured phone routing sends the call to AlwaysDesk. The AI greets the caller, identifies the request, and asks for the relevant details. It can answer approved business FAQs or collect a structured service, appointment, or callback inquiry.

The next step matches your setup

When a supported scheduling connection exists, the AI checks real availability and books within your approved rules. A configured human route can transfer a caller to a reachable person. The caller receives a description of the action actually completed.

Without a connection or when an action fails, the AI captures a request or message for review. It does not invent a booking, dispatch, transfer, price, or response time.

Your team follows up

A structured summary captures the context and unresolved work. Agree where those results are delivered and who reviews them. AI answering is part of the front-office process; your team still handles judgment, exceptions, and follow-up that the workflow cannot complete.

Onboarding: business configuration

Provide approved hours, service areas, FAQs, intake fields, appointment types, and escalation instructions through the onboarding process. Agree phone routing and supported tool connections. Do not include sensitive customer information in general setup materials.

Setup, QA, then activation

The AI is configured from your approved information and available integrations. QA should include ordinary requests, no availability, requests for a person, tool failures, and out-of-scope questions. Confirm the fallback language and action results before activating the agreed coverage.

Healthcare and legal workflows require separate review of privacy, security, consent, and contractual needs before sensitive-data handling. Configuration alone is not a compliance certification.

Keep information current

Review the business information when hours, services, policies, or staff routes change. Your actual phone, scheduling, and human destinations determine the available workflow. For a product discussion, bring call scenarios and integration requirements. Current plans start at $199/month. No setup fee. Cancel anytime.

Try the public call demo. It uses a fictional HVAC business to demonstrate the underlying front-office experience; no real HVAC service is provided.
